Cannot Change Marital Status to Single/Separated/Divorce?

If the marital status only show Married/Common-law/Widowed, it means the return has been added as coupled return. If you don't want to prepare couple returns or there is no spouse at all, you can do the following.

• Go to page "Account Management" under the personal's name. How?
  
  
• On "Account Management" page, click on "No return for spouse ... " and confirm.
  
  
• Then you can go back to Basic Information page to change the marital status.
