How to enter self-employment / rental income?

Go to "Self Employment & Rental Income" page to add your business income statement.
After you go through a few pages to complete your business income and expenses, the software will generate a form T2125 for you on your return.

If you are in simple view:

1. On the left side, click "Interview Setup".
2. On the right side, tick the box "Self-employment / rental income" then click Next to save it.
3. On the left side, click "Self-employment / rental income"(this link will appear after step 2).
4. On the right side, select "Business Type", then click "Add New Business" button.

If you are in expert view

1. On the left side, click "Self-employment / rental income" under "Income not Showing on T-Slips".
2. On the right side, select "Business Type", then click "Add New Business" button.
